Capture once. Coordinate from a better starting point.
For renovation work, the fastest drawing set is still the wrong drawing set if the existing conditions are wrong. MMA puts field verification at the front of every assignment.
Capture
Confirm scope and existing conditions with field verification and digital capture, including Matterport / LiDAR when it adds value.
Assemble
Select the exact disciplines required, adding engineering or specialty consultants to fit the technical needs of the project.
Design
Programming, code review and coordinated A/E documents with direct principal oversight and Revit-based production.
Deliver
Budgeting, bidding, construction administration and closeout with one accountable architectural lead.
06 What it is like to work with MMA
Mitchel demonstrated not only design expertise but a strong sense of ownership and advocacy for our goals. He consistently saw the big picture, balancing aesthetics, cost, and practicality.
Adam HickmanOwner, Foxhound Bee Company
One of MMA's greatest strengths was the speed at which they responded. Throughout design and construction, Mitchel and his team were accessible, engaged, and quick to address questions.
Ryan LitrakisGeneral Counsel, Bart & Associates, LLC
I especially appreciate how easy he is to work with and how reliably he follows through.
Ben JaziaOwner, Alabama Appliance
He understood that this was not simply a design exercise. The project needed to be attractive, functional, buildable, and ultimately work as a successful real estate development.
