From venue-scale architecture to everyday public space.
Oak Mountain explored a destination identity built from arrival, landscape, community and experience. The master plan framework organizes an arena and event venue, mixed-use and hospitality, recreation and sports facilities, and a connected public realm.
Selective Development LLC and its accompanying design team, led by MMA, were not awarded the project, but the work shows the range of the studio: venue-scale architecture, planning and the small public moments in between.
