Small Commercial / Customer Experience
Little C's Super Mini Mart
A compact neighborhood retail concept built around visibility, convenience and a welcoming edge.
Project Story
Small footprint. Clear identity.
Little C's rethinks the familiar convenience-store type as a compact neighborhood destination. A broad hipped roof gives the building an immediate silhouette, while angled glazing opens the interior toward the parking field and outdoor seating.
The concept uses simple moves to create presence: generous overhangs, a protected side canopy, landscape at the customer edge and a storefront that feels open rather than defensive.
Designing the everyday stop as a place.
Coffee, convenience, collaboration
The building balances fast access and strong visibility with a more human customer edge, using outdoor seating, planting and a recognizable roof form to make a small commercial project memorable.
